This is the best Hardee's ever. Julie made me feel at home from the time I walked in to getting my food. Julie is an amazing employee at 5am and I just met her today. Stopped in to grab dinner for a birthday party. We were greeted by Thomas, his customer service and attitude was perfect and delight to be around. The food was good and the family was happy. My husband and I just stopped here for a quick bite on our way to do some Christmas shopping in Virginia and we were blown away by the phenomenal customer service provided by Thomas. He was extremely kind, courteous, and helpful. Neither one of us have received such outstanding service before and it made our whole night! This man deserves a raise. Got a beacon and egg biscuit. I believe I liked it better than Hardee's which I always go to. Only disappointment was I wanted grape jelly and they had none. I do not go to Hardee’s often, but Thomas, the manager, just made my day. I have never met a more polite, well spoken man in my life. I for a sprite and it was low on syrup, so I went inside to let them know and get a replacement. They had the problem fixed in 2 minutes. My experience with Thomas was so pleasant I had to shake his hand and let him know. If Thomas is working and you go through the drive through, you will know it. I heard him ask a lady if she was with someone today, and she was with her husband and they just made some small talk when she was ordering. His personality is reflected on the entire rest of the staff too. I have never had a better chat service experience, even at a fancy restaurant. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The new night manager, Thomas- is really making a positive change in this Hardee's! The food was cooked nicely and boxed nicely! He is also very friendly which is always nice and not so common anymore with fast food employees and managers. Such a huge difference than before. Go check it out! Update 1/15/22. Had breakfast while waiting for an oil change and it was amazingly cooked! See pics. We went again at 5pm to get the 12 PC dinner for the kids... there was no business at all. We were told that they had no chicken dropped and there would be a 20 minute wait. Not one customer was there. We decided to not wait 20 minutes and we went elsewhere for dinner. I was confused about why they were completely dead as far as business, and had no chicken cooked. 😕 I think many people chose not to wait 20 mins.
