Nicely cooked bacon, chicken tenders and sausages are the best dishes. Many visitors come here to enjoy good biscuits. Guests don't highly appreciate coffee at this fast food. Hardee's is well known for its great service and friendly staff, that is always ready to help you. Prices are found affordable here. But this place hasn't received a high rating from Google users.

I haven't been to a Hardee's in years because the ones where I moved from shut down. Ya'll did not disappoint! The ladies up front were super sweet and welcoming. The food was nothing short of awesome. Ya'll rock! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Breakfast menu not available at drive thru so I ordered fried egg biscuit and realized I said it incorrectly so I asked the girl at window to put sausage on it. She rudely told me I can't change stuff at the window and walked to back ranting to coworkers. The coworkers added sausage with no problem to them. Some people should not choose to work in customer service. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4

I was really impressed with this store. Training new employees and the management/trainers showed much compassion and respect for older employees learning a new skill set. Also concern for customers wait times and follow up to make sure orders were correct. Definitely a thumbs up all around for every representation of employee I saw in this store on my visit for breakfast. This was horrible. The fries tasted like they were in burnt grease and lacked any salt flavor. Onion Rings were god awful and lacked any flavor aside from a cardboard batter. I haven't been to Hardee's in long time. So when I was visiting Gulfport I decided to stop in off HWy49 . Right away I go to the bathroom. The bathroom was very clean , then the cashier was waiting for me. Then I placed my order ..I ordered the swiss mushroom burger 🍔 combo. With a coke zero. Service was satisfying and friendly staff. The cashiers name is the same as mine. Only she spells her name Chalsea. She smiled. I got my tray and sat down to eat. It wasn't a warm as I wanted to be . The gravy was slim pickings. The fries were warm to the touch but good. I love the fries. But the swiss burger should of been a lot more warmer in temperture. All in all I love the other menu items and I'll probably be going back when. I'm in town again. Service Dine in

Hardee's really needs to invest in some new drive through sound equipment. We had to repeat our order 4 times to the nice lady taking our order before she could hear it properly. She apologized to us, and said that her headset kept going in and out. Although that was frustrating for us, it wasn't until we got to the cashier's window that we became irritated . The cashier;whose name was "Desire" looked and acted as if she would rather be anywhere but there. She kept telling us that what she was doing was killing her back. She dropped our change out on the concrete with no apology, and did not offer to replace it. My sister had to go inside the restaurant to get the condiments that we had asked for 3 times, and never got. The biscuits were extremely hard, and not pleasant to eat at all. Just left from there. Decided to get breakfast somewhere different. Manager was rude all because he didn’t hear me say I wanted an extra sausage and biscuit. They forgot my coffee. I went in and got it. It was old. I asked was the cinnamon roll fresh, manager said yes. He lied. It’s hard as a brick!! This was not even worth the drive that I took!! & someone tell that man to put on an under shirt with his chest hairs hanging out!! It’s unprofessional!!!
