The manager was fussing with employees in the grill and drive thru. She said she wanted to see who could read. The young man at the register tried but wasn't signed in. We work EmS and almost had to leave our food because they were so slow in filling the order due to pork chop not being ready. No plasticware to eat biscuit and gravy with with the exception of a fork. Had to stand at cash register for 5 minutes before ANYONE even acknowledged us. We work EMS so our time is precious and limited. Extremely rude lady working at drive thru told us that we were holding up her drive through when we placed a order 10 minutes before getting there on the app saying its not on her screen so we had to go in & show them and had to make our order and it was never ready but the other lady that helped us out inside was really helpful! but i will not come here again. where is the management? Saturday lunch time, about 4 to 6 employees present. There were a handful of customers who trickled in the store before and behind us and the drive-thru seemed to remain steady. The drink station in the lobby had no drinks. No tea, no straws, no napkins, no condiments. After we placed our order we had to wait in a separate line to receive drinks, napkins etc. Had to wait in line again to get refills. The food tasted fine. I'm not a big fan of sloppy, dripping burgers, but maybe I'm a minority in that aspect. Who wouldn't want ketchup and mayonnaise running down their arm while they're trying to eat their lunch? The folks working behind the counter were pleasant, when you could get their attention. If someone had been attending the counter, then the line for drinks would not have gotten so long. Once the orders were placed, the person attending the counter would disappear for 5 to 10 minutes at a time or until they had to take someone else's order... Myself and another gentleman had to holler to the back, "hello?? Can we get a refill?" Two or three times before someone finally came back to the counter... I like to close with something positive so to the person reading this review, May your french fries be hot, your soda be fizzy, and your burger not drip. Cheers! If you’re torn between this Hardee’s & another restaurant, go with the ladder. I ordered a mushroom Swiss burger meal & was charged for that meal & got a hot ham & cheese. Granted, I should’ve checked before leaving the premises, but I didn’t. I called the restaurant when I got home to notify them of the error.. drove back to Hardee’s & only got the correct sandwich. They didn’t make my fries over. No they didn’t HAVE to, but for making me come back to the restaurant, they should have. Go to Hardee’s on 52. Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

Ordered 1 loaded omelette and 2 ham egg and cheese biscuits around 744 am on 11/5/2023 at the irby st location. First off the girl that took the order was not happy to be there at all. She was short and a little rude. The lady that took the money was very nice and apologized for us having to wait 15 minutes for our order due to it being a mother and daughter working that shift. Lastly when we finally got our order only 1 of the ham biscuits had egg and cheese but we were charged. Also the biscuits were hard and dry. Never had an issue with the Hardee's on hwy 52 but this one on irby Street is awful. Will never go there again. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Will never be going here again, and honestly, this place should either permanently close completely down or there needs to be a full rehiring of the staff! It’s so slack, not just the food but the service. Having to always wait at the drive through, we decided to dine in one day as Hardee’s usually our go to place before and after events. Well, we waited for about 30 minutes after ordering (no one before us) only to have the temperature of some things warm while others were hot, but my sandwich was completely wrong and cold. The staff was loud and having a great time in the back and 3 employees (one of which was on break) were sitting in the dining area loud and playing. I was so pissed and so was my husband, but I just ordered a another sandwich (paying extra because I don’t like sending food back) and we left. For an almost $70 order for all of us, this was a waste of time and money. It’s been going downhill fast and something needs to change. Recommend not eating here unless you don’t care about wasting time and money on slack food and service. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
