Wow! What has happed to this place? Use to visit quite often but after today I will not give them my business anymore. They could not get my Oder straight. I had to go back in the restaurant three times because they left something out. How hard is it to order two, two piece fried chicken dinners with mash potatoes, coleslaw, and a biscuit. Bye the way, when they replaced the biscuits they were not cooked in the middle. They just couldn’t figure it out. I never write reviews but I felt like the supervisor or whomever is in charge needs to know when customers are not satisfied and corrections needs to be addressed.

The food was completely disgusting and uneatable, after going back and saying something to them about they offered no refund or compensation whatsoever. My wife ordered the new bacon biscuit that is out at this time I think it was the ultimate made from scratch bacon biscuit were I ordered the Frisco breakfast sandwich something they've been messing for years and are fairly Known for. Hers was just nasty tasting completely. Where mine was not only tasteless what you could taste was sickening and the bread that's always toasted which is part of what makes a Frisco a Frisco was not toasted at all it was just plain not even a lil butter on it and the meat tasted old and out of date. Thought I'd give the Hardee's in St. Matthews, SC another chance after a previous bad experience. They had no sweet tea, no bottled water & no straws. The fries were cold and stale tasting. Whatever you do, don't eat any of their food the manager is unprofessional and I'm surprised he didn't fired the employee that fixed the food without gloves and the icing on the cake is that he's drink's a lot and he always scratched his croch and then make the food for the customers. It was an awful experience, and even the management had a very distasteful attitude. I was unable to order the food option I wanted because I was told" the chicken strips were still frozen and they weren't selling anymore that night." So, I ordered another option and they didnt have it either. Finally I ordered the only thing they had to serve me and the fries were cold and the tea was spoiled. I will not go back any time soon. oh wow, the rude staff that works here is incredible! stop by for food at 8:50 the schedule said they work until 10 p.m. ! I was walked since I live nearby, the door was closed! There were three workers sitting inside chatting, I waved to them, knocked on the window and was completely ignored! Then someone arrived for the drive tru and when I saw that it was attended to I asked if it was closed and the job blatantly told me yes! Took nearly 30 minutes in the drive thru just to be given food that 1 was nasty, and 2 had the wrong kind of cheese on the burger. Only went there due to it being so close to the jobsite. I've been here a couple times now and everytime I order a burger and specifically say NO CHEESE, there is always cheese on it. I have to keep going inside to have them correct it which takes forever.
