Nice coffee shop that feels really genuine. A small, but interesting assortment of cakes and cookies. The coffee is good, seating area clean and spacious. Overall a pretty good place to chill out for a bit. Note that it becomes somewhat crowded around lunchtime. So avoid that time if you want to have a calm chat with a friend. First impression - coming though the door and getting cashier with unpleasant tone and look as we did something wrong. No basic manners of greeting. Didn't seem she was having a good day, but that is no excuse to be rude to the customers. Cakes were great - really enjoyed it. Service Dine in Meal type Brunch Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

I enjoyed the carrot cake, the shrimp and egg sandwich (unsure of the local term for this), and the coffee. I also sampled a bite of an EXCELLENT cinnamon roll.
