Guisados Restaurant à San Miguel de Cozumel

Guisados in Cozumel is a hidden gem that should not be missed. From the moment you walk in, you can tell the food is made with love and passion. The menu changes daily and offers a variety of traditional Mexican tacos with handmade blue corn tortillas. The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the owner, Fernanda, is passionate about her restaurant and its food. The mole chicken, tomatoes and onions, chorizo and smokey sausage were all delicious, and the Mexican corn bread for dessert was absolutely phenomenal. There are also vegetarian and vegan options, as well as great salsas. The price is very reasonable, and the experience is one you won't forget. Highly recommended!
