This place is a small eatery with some covered outdoor seating. It had a diner type feel so I wouldn’t necessarily go on a breakfast date to this restaurant. I assume it’s mostly like a made to order place for people who work in the Griffin Buildings. I ordered coffee and a sausage breakfast burrito, both were good. If the service wasn’t so warm and friendly I might have trended towards 3 stars. But all around it got the job done! Service Dine in Meal type Breakfast Price per person $10–20

Very impressed! My food here was excellent. I ordered the oatmeal and breakfast burrito. Both were delicious and reasonably priced. The location near my hotel was perfect, and the service was very good.

The owner are very nice and they remember your name which is always a great customer svc touch. It's convenient when I don't bring my lunch. However the food svc is slow amd the quality. inconsistent. Service Take out Meal type Lunch Price per person $1–10

I been enjoying this place for four years. I work next door so really convenient. My faves are the philly with Chicken on rye bread, Chinese chicken salad or wrap, chicken avocado romaine and tomato wrap with the home made green salsa. One dollar tacos on Friday recently Chicken Asada Pastor and Chorizo.

Great food.. Far bigger taste then I expected from a small office building cafe. I'm impressed.
