The popular local restaurant. I went there on lunch time, a salad buffet was included.
The dish with fish was so tasty, the salad selections as well.

Do not go to this restaurant, its overly priced, the food is low quality and the service is very bad. Go to telegrafen instead, its awesome.
Some more details: Sadly we didn't have a good experience..We returned the tuna fish, as it was raw tuna and my mom didn't like it and it was not clear in the menu and from the waiter. The waiter offered her to order another dish instead, and she did. In the bill in the end we were charged for both dishes. When asked about it, the waiter and the manager made it clear that it is how it is, and insisted it was our fault. Instead of arguing more we paid and left.
We had a great dinner with the best sunset view. Great wine, great food. Would recommend the shellfish platter. An amazing portion which could easily have been shared by two. Even the meat dish was very good considering it is a restaurant that advertises itself as a fish restaurant!
We paid 2 195 SEK for a double room with private bathroom, a balcony and sea view. For that price, you get a Deluxe Room at the high-class hotel Nobis in Stockholm, just to provide a context. So of course, with that price comes expectations. ||||For example, I expect the room to be cleaned properly upon arrival and not to find that the trash bin on the balcony so full of empty beer cans, empty glass jars of tapenade and plastic cups that the lid couldn't be shut. I expect not to find cheese doodles and wine gums left on the balcony floor. This made us not want to sit on the balcony at all, smelling the stale beer cans. ||||There was a small, dark brown soft clut of something in the shower that I discovered while showering, and I prayed to the hygine god that it was a left-over olive (!) and nothing else.||||The furniture was torn and ripped, and the side-shelf by the bed, that was supposed to function as a side-board, had slanting shelves so it was impossible to put anything on it.||||There was a big shared "living room" area in the corridor and there was a table with a kettle, instant coffee and a bottle of water for the guests to help themselves. And some plates, glasses and forks and knives. A very nice touch - if the beverage area had been cleaned - or at least replenished. There were dirty dishes that wasn't removed during our stay, and the bottle of water didn't seem to have been re-filled for a while since less than half-full when we arrived and the same when we left. ||||The staff was very young and tended both the hotel guests and the restaurant guests, which may not have been the best idea. While being a waiter/waitress at what seemed to be the "cool and hip" place in Grebbestad does not necessarily mean that you need to play it "cool" while greeting hotel guests. And talking about guests in front of other guests does not give a very solid impresison, and it certainly does not make the other guests feel comfortable. Their attitude was quite arrogant.||||In addition, when we came down for breakfast, we told the breakfast hostess our room number. Some minutes later, she came by our table and asked if we had any papers or any other documents that could verify that we were paying hotel guests.... First time that ever happened. Very strange. Especially since they only have 9 rooms at the hotel...||||There were some highlights, though: the breakfast was small, but of high quality. Loved the small, locally produced cucumbers. There were robes and slippers in the hotel room, and the portable fan was silent. And the room was quite silent as well, did not hear the other guests.||||Oh - and there is no long-term parking. The nearest is about 500 meters away. ||||Needless to say, we won't return - and I cannot recommend it either, not for that price. Had we paid 1400 SEK, I would have been a happy cat (except for the dirty features), but 2 195 SEK is way too much.
You pay for the view and the location but really nothing else.
The room's furniture looks like it should've been replaced already two years ago and there's not even a small wardrobe to hang your clothes in.
To pay this much money and have to live out of your suitcase in a less than mediocre room is the complete opposite of what I had expected (and I'm not particularly picky!).
I can wholeheartedly recommend that you use your money to book something of better value!
We had high expectations for this place due to its great internet reviews, but when we got there it was a bit different. We came during lunch and only a couple of meals were served, most of them being sandwich or salad + the fish soup. Food was ok- ish, but definitely not a sea food restaurant with grilled/cooked fish and sea food what we expected. We had fish soup that was a bit too salty for our taste and all in all nothing special.

A good place to stay for a night or two.
The salmon with sesame and Pak Choi was outstanding and the Riesling Wine the perfect fit. The Köttbullar for the Kids yummie and the staff was very friendly! The Location is just beautiful! Be sure to get there early, best dinner in town.
Deserve 3.5 stars ✨ with a plus. Started out a little bit bad with the Löjrom which was a very badly balanced blend of burned potato, way too source onion marmalade and "fake löjrom". The cod loin was great and the rhubarb crumble dessert was excellent. Service was good and atmosphere equally so. I would give it 3.7 stars ✨ if I can.
