So disappointing ordered cookie by phone 8 days before husband's surprise bday party sent son who suffers from bad anxiety to pick up the cookie the day of party and they had no record of cookie being ordered i texted my son a copy of banking info to show where I paid Also sent him a pic of the day I made the call to the findlay store showing date and time so they made the cookie he had to leave so he wasn't late for his dad's surprise party then he had to leave the party and go back across town to pick up the cookie was very disappointed it caused us lots of unwanted stress and put a damper on our day other than that cookie was good decorated ok for a rush job

We ordered a cookie cake on Monday afternoon needing it for Tuesday night, when we come to pick up the cake it hadn't been done and we even arrived 30 minutes after the scheduled pick up time, also there wasn't the right shape of cake even made and they had lost our order form. Most definitely never ordering from this place again

My daughter wanted chuckle and she's 13th they gave us a mess up cookie with Penny wise. They put 15th on then we told them and they scrap the 5 and add a 13

I went up to the girl making cookies and I thought she was really hot, but then she turned around, and it turned out it was a guy! I still bought cookies but I felt uncomfortable about my heterosexuality the whole time. ):
