went in today for pretzels for my work and they were so nice ! tilly made sure to offer us our mall employee discount and was amazing ! they were so busy yet there was no lack of customer service (: Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

This place is ridiculous. I placed an order online at 9am to be be picked up at 1:45 same day. The store suppossedly opens @10. Sent someone to pick up the cookie cake and the store wasn't even open. I received no call or email to say the order could not be made. I finally spoke to someone around 3pm and was told they were having issues at the store but could have order ready in 40 minutes. Had to call back which i did but got no answer and left a message instructing them to cancel and refund me. Here i am 2 days later with charge still on my acct so called back and sounds like a manager is the only one who can do a reversal. I'm not in town otherwise i would have gone in person to rectify the matter. Do yourself a favor and order from Marble Slab in New Braunfels who got my order out that same day with no issues or any other location. People running this location have no idea what they are doing.
Terrible service, ordered a “frozen” raspberry lemonade and what I got was a watered down overly raspberry flavored drink. I asked why it wasn’t frozen and was told they have to advertise it but they can’t make it. This is after they charged me 5 dollars for it. I asked for just a regular lemonade price and was told it was more expensive at $3. I threw it away it, tasted so awful.
When I went in and order the pretzels, I was not told they were not ready. I was given three that were ready. After waiting 10 minutes I was told it would be 5 more minutes but the young lady was still rolling the dough. After over 25 minutes I could not wait any longer. I was refunded for the pretzels that were not ready. The sad part is the ones I left with were dry and hard and a big disappointment. I will not return.
We ordered a cookie "cake" for our son's birthday a week in advance. My husband worked with a guy there to design it. We called the day before it was to be completed and asked if we could pick it up early, like that afternoon, and we were told "no". So we were 45 minutes late picking our cookie cake up on Sunday afternoon and the gal tells us not only was it not done, but there was no order for it. Then she magically finds it in the 31st of June, well, there is no 31st of June. So here it goes... I can handle the truth, which is, the cookie wasn't ready because she didn't get it done in time. Don't lie to me and make crap up. How did she know to look in that exact file, the previous days, when there was no such date? Because she put it there so she could pretend that it was someone else false. Meanwhile, she is making up excuse after excuse. She tells us she can have it ready in ten minutes. So you're telling me that these special orders only take about ten minutes and you had SOOO many that you couldn't possibly gets our done on time or let us get it the day before? I call BS! We leave and come back to pick it up. It's NOTHING like the design that was promised to my husband. We had to settle for it though, because it was the day of our son's birthday and we weren't going to wait any longer. This chick has had nothing but pathetic excuses every time I've ever gone in there. They never have enough cookies of any one kind made. She never offered us a discount for not making the cookie on time or even doing it wrong. And when I say wrong... it was a Bat signal and it was lopsided and tiny! It was supposed to be a LARGE Batsignal in the center of the cookie. We're DONE with this location. From now on we'll drive clear into Austin and use the one in Barton Creek Mall. They've never lied to us and always had our special order ready to pick up on time!
Extremely disappointed in the lack of effort from the San Marcos location. I usually get our cookie cakes from a different location but due to party location I went here. I ordered a simple soccer ball cookie cake and requested the “goal” be replaced with “Happy Birthday Jayden”... instead I got “Happy Birthday Goal” and Jayden squeezed in at the very bottom and then covered in green frosting for the grass. Our party guest thought it said “Happy Birthday God”. As if that wasn’t bad enough the grass wasn’t piped like the picture. Looked like a toddler played in icing. The soccer ball was nowhere near round and looks deflated.
I ordered a cookie cake online from the San Marcos location and it turned out perfect! Staff was also super friendly when I came to pick it up. The whole thing was super quick and easy

Ordered a cookie cake 2 days prior to needing it. Showed up at 11:00 am pick up and it’s no where to be found. Manager is out and not answering phone to come up with a solution. Go to another location for sure!
Very bad service. I placed an order online, I came to pick it up and I didn't even know the order was made. The employee did not know how to turn on the oven or cancel the order. He tells me that he flies that in 40 minutes, he returned and could not take the cookie out of the mold. I don't know why you leave a girl in charge who doesn't know, train your employees.
