Unfortunately I am leaving an awful review for this company & management. I have ordered plenty of cookie cakes from this location and have never had an issue. The balloon cake (as pictured) was purchased less than a month ago for a friends birthday. I had another friends birthday this month and ordered the same cake, but bigger. The second picture is the cake I received. No balloons, and appears as though a 5 year old wrote on it. I was extremely disappointed especially considering I spent $20 more on the bigger cake. I spoke with the manager who explained to me that if I wanted to decorate the cake myself, I could do so. He also wanted me to bring the cake back to the store. They refused to compensate me with anything at all. I was very displeased. The manager also told me to come into the store versus ordering online so that I could specify that I wanted a “top notch decorator”. Not helpful at all. Beware- you’ll spend $60 on a cookie cake to feed 25 people for your best friends birthday, and end up with a childish looking cake. Hate to write such a bad review, but it’s honest.

I enjoyed our Easter dessert here. Although I was taken back because they only accept debit or credit no cash. The ice-cream I had was amazing. I had the peanut butter blast with peanut butter cups and pieces. And I also had peanut butter supreme cookies. My sister had vanilla ice-cream and nephew had cookies and cream milk shake. Definitely a keepsakes in Columbus. This is a great review from me becomes I haven’t had ice cream in years and not a big ice-cream person. Definitely will be back this would be a great summer/spring date spot. Easter snack was so great that we went back 4/22/23 and the ice cream is the best ice-cream I every had it’s even better then Blue Bell. Definitely a keepsake place for us.

This place is awful. Paid $50 for a cookie cake for my son’s birthday. Ordered online and TYPED what was supposed to be written which was pretty simple. They misspelled his name. SCRAPED IT and tried to rewrite it! The manager would not issue a refund and the cake looks awful! I will never be back here! Service Take out Meal type Other Price per person $50–100 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE! My wife had ordered a cookie and paid online. The baby was in the car and fell asleep. She called to ask if they would bring the cookie to the curb if she pulled up and the manager was so nice and walked the cookie out to her. This is customer service and made the day so much easier! Not to mention, the cookie tastes amazing! Highly Recommend!

Tried to order something simple online. We were told that they could just put white icing on a cookie. Like tons of other stores have done in the past. Then part of the order was wrong. Sugar cookies instead of chocolate chip. Then we asked if the could at least sell us a small cup of white icing, nope because it's not an option on the register. This is an extremely badly managed and operated place. Edit in order to respond. 1st of all you have not processed the refund yet and that better occur in the morning. We would have paid extra for the adjustment and simply saying you don't do that because it's not advertised is just NOT good customer service. In fact your response to this review just proves to the public that you don't have good customer service. Plus it was requested that the 2 slices ordered be chocolate chip cookies and you did not comply with that request.

I already love the franchise itself, because they just have the best cookies in my opinion, but they went above and beyond for me a few days ago and I wanted to share. I tried to place an order online on Wednesday, and it got cancelled because they were dealing with some staffing issues within their location. I went in Thursday so see if they just had a plain cookie cake, so I could decorate it myself. Not only did a young man sell me a whole cookie cake, but also offered to decorated it. I appreciated this so much because I really wanted to get a birthday cake for a friend's party, and went out of his way to help! Great customer service!!

I enjoyed my experience at MSC-- from the customer service (very nice young lady) to the delicious icecream (specifically a regular scoop of cotton candy with oreos in a white chocolate chocolate dipped waffle cone). I will return. That totally made my day.

was one of my favorite stops for dessert until the day i walked in and saw a mosquito hawk flying around (and alighting on the cookies inside) the display case. i discreetly pulled the owner aside to let her know what was up. she rolled her eyes and shrugged me off. and now im not ever going back 🤷🏾‍♀️ EDIT: in reply to the owner's response. no, it was definitely this location on whittlesey. i didn't state that the events i reported took place yesterday. the mosquito hawk happened some weeks ago. the owners were there. they seemed to be a couple of perhaps eadt indian descent. im only just getting around to posting my review. I'd want to know if a place i intended to eat at is run by owners with a lackadaisical attitude about hygiene/food safety.

Customer service is bad and the clerk was not happy to be working there. Ice cream was just average, with small portions. They have a photo of a decorated ice cream cup, but the clerk didn't know how to do it.
