Omg the strawberry crunkle was very flavorful. The pecan cookie was my second choice then the oatmeal, peanut butter, and white chocolate macadamia. The disappointment was the snickerdoodle it was not very good. It didnt really have flavor. All of the cookies were very very soft which is why I couldn't get a picture of the pecan cookie. It broke to pieces

Went in for the first time today horrible customer service. I understand that the young man who waited on us probably didn’t want to be at work or thinks working there is beneath him. But put in a little effort not knowing the menu and acting indifferent isn’t a good look for you or the company you work for. Definitely will not be returning. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The Chewy Pecan Supreme cookies are amazing! The Strawberry Crinkle & Peanut Butter cookies are also excellent! We've been coming here for a long time, and have always loved their cookies but only if they're fresh -- soft & chewy -- because they would otherwise crumble and fall apart if not fresh. That's as bad as a stale cookie in my book. Today, I actually walked out without ordering because there were two employees: one was helping a customer with multiple orders while the other one was decorating a cookie. I stood there for a few minutes waiting, hoping the second employee decorating the cookie cake would pause what she was doing to help me. It certainly looked like she easily could have done so. But no, she just ignored me. Bummer... because my favorite Chewy Pecan Supreme cookies were calling out to me. I'll try again another time, I guess.

The ice cream is ok. The customer service is awful. They also don't have accessible bathrooms for customers. Waited for about 20 min and also knocked. No one responded. The lady in the register said someone was in there. Which there obviously wasn't because everyone inside the store had left. Every time I have gone the same lady has the bathroom locked. This is very unfortunate! Especially because it was my 3 year old that needed to use the bathroom.

Hannah was the lucky individual who got to serve me. Lindsey was her go to person. I went in to get a banana split. While waiting to order, I started thinking of the possibilities especially after seeing the "unlimited combinations" sign over the ice cream selection. When I asked questions Hannah didn't have answers for Lindsey did. It impressed me how Lindsey helped Hannah to serve me while taking care of customers of her own, and neither of them missed in beat in taking care of the customers. The service was wonderful. The banana split was delightful. Before putting a topping on the delicious dessert, Hannah made it a point to ask if I wanted it. I thought that was great because I'm such a picky eater. I left with my banana split a satisfied customer. I only took one pic and it was of the empty dish it was served in.

Took my family to get milkshakes and the shop was busy with customers which is a great thing. However the associate who was serving us seemed to be a bit distracted during our visit. We gave him simple ingredients to mix for our milkshakes and he had to keep asking what all we wanted in them. We felt he was more interested in what he was listening to in his air pod. And he also had to keep going to the back room to get mixers and as we ordered a large each he put enough ingredients in to make a large yet all we got were the small shakes. My family and I were not impressed at all. Never had this poor of service here ever.

Ordered $55.00 in ice cream through DoorDash. When we called because we was missing an item the lady said “We put it in the bag” in a not very professional tone. Listen here Karen. The bag was still stapled together along with the receipt. Maybe y’all should learn some professionalism instead of blaming someone else. This was a first and last time ordering from this place.

The service today was awful. I simply wanted a birthday Ice cream cake. The kid up front was too busy on his phone conversation to actually listen to what I was asking. He made me repeat myself so much to the point it was annoying. When he replied back he was not talking to me but to to someone on his earbuds! The girls in the back we're informative even though they could not make the cake for me today..I was going to look into something they had but I got so frustrated repeating myself to the front counter kid.

I've had 2 recent not so great experiences with Great American Cookie in Summerville. The first one was Dec. 3, 2021. I ordered a large rectangle cookie cake that was supposed to be like a football field with green end zones (similar to the image on their website but with different colors and name). The sideline numbers and the white field lines were horrible! I even asked them what these #s were because it looked like a kid wrote them. I politely told them that I wasn't happy with the way it looked and had them to redo it with smaller piping for the lines and numbers and explained to her what would look better. The second one looked much better and she agreed. The next one I ordered was just this week. It was the smaller round Dinosaur D1003 (I believe). I picked it up this past Wednesday evening around 6:30pm. By this time I'm done with the day and didn't even have the energy to complain. The dinosaur looked much bigger than the picture online, the eyes looked possessed, looked like they gave it 3 front legs, the name looked like "Masan" instead of Mason. I tried to brush it off as these are kids making these and thanking that they are working. However, when you spend this amount of money on something special, you want to get what you pay for. I WILL NOT GET ANOTHER SPECIAL COOKIE CAKE FROM THERE!
