Absolutely the freshest bagel sandwich🥪 in town! This little bagel shop is a hidden gem in Billings. They serve bagels, sandwiches, Italian sodas, soups and salads, espresso, & coffee. They also have a large variety of cream cheese to choose from. 😋 The shop is clean and the staff members are pleasant! I couldn't eat the whole sandwich as it was very filling so they provided foil and brown bag for carry out. Nice 🌞 experience for lunch today! Best bagels outside of New York City! Great flavors and lots of variety. If you get a chance make sure you get some cream cheese to go with it. They have lots of flavors of those too! As an added bonus, swing in and watch them make the bagels. The kids love it!

Maybe not the norm and today was a really off day at Great American Bagels but we were pretty disappointed. This was the amount of cream cheese on mine and the other is my husband's $12 lox, tomato and onion bagel (which had no onions).

The moment I walked in I was greeted with a wonderful savory smell. They have an enormous selection of bagels to choose from. They also make a huge selection of sandwiches with their bagels. I got the honey wheat with plain cream cheese (there were other flavors, but for the first time wanted to stick with the basic). I also got the cinnamon sugar bagel and cinnamon toast crunch bagel. All bagels were soft, delicious, and had excellent flavor. If you are ever in the area I really recommend this shop for breakfast and lunch. (I don't think they are open for dinner.). I know I will be stopping there every time I pass through town.

I rarely encounter a bagel that isn't good here. Depending on my mood I switch between the jalapeño cheddar and veggie smear. They literally have something for everyone.

3.5 stars Food was great and fast. Service leaves something to be desired. Seats were not very comfortable, I would recommend eating out. NO TOOTHPICKS!

Best bagels in town BY FAR. But what's even greater is how they run their store! They take care of their guests and make sure everything is satisfying. Will be coming back again and again!
