It was my first time trying out this place. The service was really excellent. Very friendly staff & willing to go an extra mile to accommodate & meet your needs. We ordered a platter which had full chicken, steak & wors. Unfortunately the wors was out of stock. They offered 2 options to mitigate: 1. Place order for me at their close by branch & then I just collect. Or 2. Give me ribs in place of the out of stock wors. I didn't feel like taking the drive & the ribs sounded good so I went for option 2. Great customer service 👌🏾 The food was good, tasty & had flavour. But the reason I give the food a 4 star rating is because the steak was not tender. I like my steak tender & juicy and this dish lacked that bit. There's room for improvement on this one. The chicken however was tender & juicy. Overall this place is a good outlet for a take out. I would definitely buy here again. The food was not raw and because it was packed I had to take my food back to the kitchen myself only to be told by one if the waitresses that I must come back and collect the food when it's done... The place is very nice, the food is very nice and very much affordable. There is this one waitress who serves us really nice as well. Always smiling and very friendly. Nice outdoor venue, delicious food. The only thing I didn't like was the hubbly bubblies. I was with my 4yr old & he was exposed to second hand smoking. Can they not be allowed please.... Service Dine in Meal type Dinner
