We’ve been ordering the Cream Cheese Burger for years and have almost always loved it. We ventured out and tried the fried zucchini and I’m so happy that someone finally made good fried zucchini in Pueblo. My poor review is because of the Grilled Chicken Cesar salad. I ordered one last night and it was more than bad, it was gross. The chicken was dry and flavorless. I mean, it was so gross that I thought it was salmon or something. Not one ounce of seasoning. Went in for a quick bite. The only waitress was handling it, she was nice and fast. The burgers were good but the fries was greasy and looked like they flopped out the trash. My first experience with graham's grill on Pueblo Blvd was wing night highly recommend food and service on point great wings. I wanted to try the other location on wing night as well the wings looked like they came from a tiny pigeon and they did not honor the wing night prices. Even though on Facebook it says 50 cent wing at both locations for wing night. That is a lie!!

Abel is a stupendous employee and great example!! Well I was leaving Abel was taking what appeared to be break as we witnessed a baby cat what appeared to be choking on a bone from a wing it may have got out of a trash barrel. Abel then quickly rushed to the baby cats aid and did not hesitate to preform the Heimlich remover untill the cat was safely breathing again, Abel is an absolute hero in my books!! Service was surprisingly fast for how low in staff they appeared FOH. Food was very filling and tasted great. Prices were fair. My date and I had burgers. We tried the Pueblo Green Chili & Cream Burger (great if you like spicy food) and the Breakfast Burger. We both enjoyed our food and I had leftovers that didn’t last long.

The decor and feel of this place was really laid back and inviting, I would have photos of the food but the moment we started eating it was too good to stop. I really enjoyed the onion rings and our waitress even honored my weird pregnant lady request of a side of sour cream plus the wings we got were super crispy and flavorful and the portion sizes are pretty good for the price Pueblo has surprised me with the amount of good bar and grills here

No matter how many times I mention the soggy falling apart chicken tacos from not taking time to strain the chicken or that I have a gluten allergy and the fed me their Pueblo chili (has gluten in it from flour used to thicken) and my tacos all fall apart because the bottoms of the corn tacos are mush. Love this place other than the lack of attention to detail when I give the allergy instructions every time and ask for the chicken strained. I literally have to go in to the restaurant face to face to ask for. Non soggy tacos and it’s still a 50/50 shot. The food experience is tolerated because I like supporting local businesses and I just hope the Its simple after this post. All salsa instead of one salsa and pueblo chili. For the love of the taco gods quit giving people soggy falling apart corn chicken tacos. Believe me if you didn’t put flour in it i’d eat it it tastes great. I’d rather not throw up or get sick another way.
