I stayed overnight here, and was pleasantly surprised at the friendly, personal welcome, the atmospheric decor, the quality and service of the restaurant and the comfort of the room.||||While the building is old, it has been well restored and the decor is full of fascinating old furniture and curios. I was greeted at reception by someone who had clearly been expecting me. The dinner was very tasty traditional food, prepared in-house and the benefit of this was evident in the flavour. The quality of the local micro-brewery's product was so good I took the unusual step of having another half litre. I was travelling alone, so greatly welcomed the personal interested shown by all of the staff, so refreshing compared to the large hotels I'm more used to.||||Although my room was facing the road, it was very quiet, and I slept soundly. There is a large grassy area at the back with river views and ample parking. I'd recommend it, and would certainly visit again if I'm in the area.
We found this hotel by chance when biking through Poland for three weeks and were pleasantly suprprised. The owners, a Polish-US couple, were very welcoming and spoke English, Polish and German, which was very helpful. The hotel was newly opened not too long ago and it located very nicely. The rooms in the historic house were individually designed - each had a different charm - but with very modern and new bathrooms. We were able to sit outside and enjoy our beers with a view of the castle. We further enjoyed the meals cooked at the hotel - quality food and well prepared. One of our group had a wonderful steak which the owner made especially for him. For people arriving by car there are plenty of parking spaces available, our bikes were stored securely.||Thanks again to the owners for their hospitality! The 4 bikers from Austria!
We were visiting a friend nearby and used this as a base for 2 nights. I loved the decor with a military enthusiasts taste. We were greeted on arrival and our bags taken to our room. The restaurant has a good menu and the local traditional food was excellent. Also the local beer was fantastic as was the wine list. The hotel is situated by the river and is very picturesque but noise from the road was a little annoying. Wifi was useful and they allow pets. We will be returning and definitely staying again.
Very cute, cozy place with really good, authentic polish food. I can recommend the Pierogi with goose meat as well as the cod soup. The owner wasn't there, but the staff was very nice and really tried to understand us.
Very charming hotel and owner(s) who does speak very well english and german. Dinner until 9 o' clock in the evening at least. Great garden by the romantic river. Mosquitos of course in the eve..but hey! Normal! Great architecture and furniture inside. It used to be a bakery.||Dogfriendly! Fantastic homemade bread, pasta and sauce hollondaise!Great german white wine like RIVANER. Black forest ham..try to book room to the gardensite cause some rooms are close to the mainstreet. It really is worth the detour when you are travelling from or to leba/dansk or hel! Lovely lovely indeed!
Cosy and atmospheric place situated near Darłowo Palace so it is decorated with antique and styled as 17th century apartments. Tasty classical Polish dishes especially dishes from goose. Delicious desserts. There is also a backyard with tables and a private parking. Highly recommend.
This facility is a B&B, not a hotel. It is a satisfactory B&B, clean and proper, but it is misleading to call it a hotel because it has none of the services normally associated with a hotel, such as a restaurant (for anything other than breakfast), a front desk or reception area, laundry services, etc.||||The property is located very close to the center of the city. Rooms at the back overlook a park and are reasonably quiet. Rooms at the front overlook a very busy roadway.||||Breakfast was good, and the staff were pleasant. Ample free parking is available. It is a bit expensive relative to what it offers, but considering the generally low prices in Poland, this is not a major problem.
Very tasty food and drinks; nice whiskeys; beautiful ambience; great staff; owner comes to your table, shares a story and a drink, takes care and caters himself; multilingual: Polish, English and German; highly recommended
Very welcoming and cozy hotel. Old interiour but that's the charm. Staff and owner very nice and helpful. Food fantastic and also very good local beer!
