I love it here. The service is awesome, you get your food in a timely fashion. There's never a long wait for anything. My husband and I moved here from growing up in Small Town USA, Point Pleasant WV. We had like 4 Red Lights in our town. But we ordered pizza and it was the ABSOLUTE BEST PIZZA since our move!!!! The last couple times we have ordered from there, it has been very disappointing our food was not correct and what we got was very poorly made. The young lady that has taken our order seems high can barely put down what we are ordering so I believe this is why our orders has not been correct, will not be ordering from there anymore, you just lost a weekly customer! The food is the best in town . No need to try any other pizza place in town I can guarantee you no one is even close to the quality of pizza as this great hangout. The hospitality is awesome it's like being one big family and on game nights it's the happening place in town. Giovanni's will always be a favorite of mine . Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Wonderful food, convenient location, fun trivia night on Tuesdays! Service was good...not great, but our server was terrific, they're just short-handed like every place else these days. Had lunch with a friend at this location and ordered steak subs. When our sandwiches arrived and we began eating we noticed the consistency was off and so we mentioned this to our server and we were informed that the “steak”, as cited on the menu, is actually soy meat and that explains the texture difference. We asked if we could swap our subs for something else and pay for the new subs instead as neither of us can tolerate soy meat and after contacting the manager our server told us that nothing could be done, we would have to pay for the soy meat subs and would not be able to get anything else. This kind of display of blatantly false information and unwillingness to accommodate repeat customers has definitely lost this establishment my business.
