The restaurant is only open for breakfast and lunch. We went there for lunch and soon realised that we found a spot that is mostly visited by locals, which is always a good sign.
And what to say, it was no disappointment at all. We had a fantastic pasta dish with rabbit and ravioli with salmon.
You could taste the homemade authenticity and the service was super friendly and fast.
Even the other guests were super friendly and adorable, like all people in Malta that we met. Definitely worth visiting!

This place was recommended by our tourist guide. It's very cozy and they serve traditional food. Everything was very tasty and the service was very nice. I can I let recommended you take one if the specials, that are not in the menu. It's usually a great freshly caught fish with excellent side dishes.

Nice restaurant with traditional Maltese dishes for okay prices. Great location and amazing, truly kind waitress. However, the food tasted like it was missing something. It was all fine, just not amazing.
We also had to wait quite a while to get a table there. Threrefore just 4*

Traditional Maltese restaurant in a parallel street to the main tourist corridor. Staff was very friendly, service quick, prices acceptable for a good, fresh quality served.

Great little diner tucked away off the main strip. Lots of traditional dishes to choose from at great prices. The lady that runs the place is super friendly and helpful with recommendations. We ate here twice as the food is tasty and good value for money. Only takes cash. Bread, 2xmain dish with sides of salad and chips, 2 coffees and a bottle of water came to €30+

Very authentic restaurant. Real Maltese food. Best restaurant in Malta for maltese food. Not touristy at all. We absolutely loved it. Highly recommend it.

Stopped in for a light snack, had the chicken and mushroom ftira. Very tasty, and good value! I would happily go back to try some of the other dishes.

This place doesn't take card payment. They want cash or bank transfer, presumably to evade tax. Apart from that the food was OK, nothing special. However it took a long time to arrive. The decor and atmosphere was a bit tatty and grungy and filled by several persistent flies.
