Ordered delivery. The Alfredo sauce had separated into a vat of butter and fatty cheese globs when it had been reheated, and was thus inedible upon delivery (I understand that sauces have to be made before the dinner rush starts, but you gotta reheat them correctly!). Guy on the phone scoffed when we called about it and told us that he would make us a replacement but we'd have to come down and pick it up. Just got back from the hospital so that's not doable...so we just paid for a dinner that can't be eaten, from a restaurant that doesn't want to do much to fix it. Won't be ordering again. Just want to point out that mistakes happen and we really tried to be polite and understanding. I wish the restaurant could have worked with us more. Gianni’s has the best pizza in town. I’ve been a patron since they replaced the village car wash. It’s probably one of the best in the greater Boston area. It reminds me of the pizza we used to find as kids in the neighborhood pizza shops. ( or bars) They’re always prompt and efficient even when swamped. Subs and wraps are great too. I haven't been to Gianni's in a while because I moved and it's a little out of the way. Famous was closed for vacation so decided I'd give Gianni's a shot. I called in my order on the way home from work and answered all of the guy's questions. At one point I even asked if he could hear me because it was very loud in the background and he said yes. Got there and they lost my order. The guy blamed it on me and said I wasn't paying attention. When I asked if he would deliver to me without a delivery fee because of the mix-up, he copped a major attitude (even worse than he started with) and refused. I couldn't rate the food because I never got any. After spending 11 hours at the office on a Friday, then commuting an hour home, I came home and had a bagel for dinner. These guys were always on the grumpy side, but they took it to a whole new level tonight. Never, ever, ever going back there. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Gianni's Restaurant on Edgel Road, Framingham, MA, is you're down home local spot for authentic, genuine, most delicious, always consistent Italian food, and boy are we glad & lucky we live so close to them and they continue to be open over 20 years! They deliver too! We all have our favorite dishes in the family, but we also switch it up from pizza to all subs to pasta and apps, everything, is delicious. 😋 They are cash only, though, so make sure you have it on hand! I keep a little envelope just for them! You just can't find absolutely fantastic, delicious, consistent, local food much anywhere! Thank you, Gianni's, from Marsha & family, p.s. I'm Irish, and married to an Italian, lol! 😂 Service Delivery Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4 Recommended dishes Cheese Pizza
Never ordered. I was visiting from out of State and realIy wanted to experience Gianni's pizza after a few years away. I called and asked if they had gluten free for someone in my family and was greeted by a grumpy man who was apparently pissed I asked if they offered gluten free... Nope, not worth the drive to get a pizza. Ordered Bertuccis and it was awesome Service: 1

The food is good. The owner knows it because it’s the only thing keeping them in business. Cash only, what is this 1970? Owner is a jerk. Not worth the trip to Framingham from Marlborough. I’d rather go to TC Lando’s in Hudson. The food is much better and it’s half the distance. Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
Pizza was amazing.. loaded fries are a must as well. Old school joint. Amazing food, great prices and cash only! You must try! Service Take out Price per person $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5
Not all that pizza was cold guy looked like he had a attitude they olny take cash there prices are high $6.50 for to slices of pizza people was walking out because they didn't want to use the atm the steak and cheese was ok they didn't even want to give us ketchup I won't be back sorry everyone but the cashier had this look on there face like they didn't want to there Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $1–10
Best pizza I ever had, as far as i'm concerned they can be as rude as they want if the pizza stays high quality lol. I'm also not particularly concerned if the cashier "doesn't look like he wants to be there" unless they're actually insulting me, unlike some other reviewers. I mean do you always wanna be there when you're at work? it's understandable for a food service worker to be a little grumpy, you're at a no-nonsense new england pizza shop not an upscale Italian trattoria, they're not going to fake smile and you shouldn't expect them too, especially if you aren't tipping.
