Too pushy with pushing car washes on screen at pump. Can't continue until saying no 3 times and they move the no option around trying to trick you into a yes

I usually don’t have issues here but can you PLEASE take the Irish Creme latte (both hot and iced) off your kiosk? It usually comes up saying that it’s unavailable but it went through today so I tried to order it and then your staff got all huffy with me when they couldn’t make it. Made me not even want to order anything else so I just left and went to Java Hut instead. Just take it off already and stop giving customers attitude because YOUR computer is messed up. That’s a YOU problem, not a me problem.

it’s lunch time, and there’s only ONE worker in the kitchen???? I waited 20 minutes for my order. it is not the workers fault!! they were working so hard and quick, but help them out and schedule someone else????

$37 a month for showroom car wash. Never any soap on the car. It just scrapes dirty along your paint surface. Had 4 rims on my new car all scratched up because of this wash. It doesn’t clean inside the wheel wells. And the pre wash your driver side but not the passenger side. Like what? Why even bother with the driver side then. And there’s only one blue roller brush on the driver side but not on the passenger side. This wash need an upgrade badly. All the flashy lights don’t clean a car. Soap and proper mits do.

Don't waste you money on the car wash! Purchased the $18 dollar car wash. Went through with no soap, or tire shine. No big deal things happen. Pulled back around to talk to the kid working the wash and he says it's been broke for a while. Huh I guess we'll see what the manager has to say. She claims that they are aware of the problem but corporate won't do anything about it. I guess it's OK to take people's money without providing what you paid for.

Kathleen who works here is miserable. 3 times i thanked her while completing a transaction and when we were done she didn't thank me back. She is like this every single time I am in there which is like 3 or 4 times a week. Put her in the back or in the food area where she doesn't have to interact with customers. I am going to stop coming here and start going to Rochester even though I have to cross multiple lanes of traffic pulling back out. Kathleen if you hate your job go get another one life is too short to be so unhappy and miserable

Car wash smelled like a mixture of burnt rubber, spoiled milk, and stomach bile. Good thing I hadn't eaten recently or Get Go would be paying for a detailing. Wait for the new car wash near Walmart. Don't waste your time here.

It's a gas station with a small store. It's what you expect. However, the air pump won't fill the tires past 55 PSI, and the manufacturer says my tires on my Chevy van should be 80 PSI. I tried both pumps.

Very busy store but you will get quick service here. Be careful when parking & backing out. The parking lot & pumps are always full and people are in a hurry! Not a store for slow motion.

If you have a minivan or other square back vehicle, don’t waste your time buying an expensive car wash at this location. The last four times I’ve gotten my Dodge Caravan cleaned, the machines don’t wash the back completely. This is the only location that does this.
