Overall okay experience for the Cafe. I did not use the Gas station but did use the free air. Both of them seem to be working.
Inside the Cafe is okay. I ordered buffalo sub which took around 15 minutes to prepare and wasn't great. The table were not cleaned or wiped so you basically dine off the same table someone used. The café seemed to have verities but due to the their slowness- I gave 4 stars. The store itself was well stocked up with whatever a gas station carries but wasn't arranged nicely. Tesla Supercharger on the lot seemed to be nice feature to have. The supercharger is rated at 250 KWh but you're barely getting 100 KWh when you're just by yourself.

All said and done, this Gas Station has come in clutch for me more times than I can count, I know that whenever I walk in, I’m going to spend too much money and be pleased about it.
I had a bad experience today I got gas and was cleaning my car usually when its full it clicks off it didn't and I wasted almost $10 I asked for the manager and he came out side and said you only wasted $2 worth of gas I can give you 2 dollars smh ughh no. My car my shoes and my time is priceless. He did an incident report let's see how that goes.

The manager Mike really let me down! I was stranded at this location for two days sleeping in my car. The day of my tow my phone was on 10 percent. I am a paying customer. I asked Mike can he charge my phone while I go wait on the tow company. Keep in mind I'm a female sleeping in a dark parking lot stranded! He told me no I have to leave my phone in the lobby! Without a care in his body! Anything could have happened to me or my phone. If this was him in this situation I would have helped him with no problem just because I have a good heart. He have no empathy in his body! How could men treat a young woman like that! I never in my life left a negative review on anyone company! If you stranded at this location please hold your head up because GOD is always with you, when no one else have your back
Free air for your car tires!!! Staff is friendly. The prices are a bit high, but that's what you get at Giant Eagle. I don't mind because the store is always neat, clean, and fully stocked. Gas prices are high too.....about 20-30¢ above other gas stations but they always have paper towels and a clean window squeegy with clean washer fluid. The trash is never overflowing. It's very well lit for night time. There is usually no lines except at 530 when people are leaving work.
Updated Review: I really hate to write bad reviews these days, however, my son and I are homeless but always spend money at GetGo, that's going to change soon, as Mike [sometimes goes by his alias Rob] told my son and I to get lost when my son about to do his online school work on his laptop. Mike claimed to have dozens of complaints on my son and I along with complaints on our car. I asked for those complaints in writing and Mike mentioned he could simply get us for no trespassing. However, during this entire encounter, while the police where in the building, Mike had no problem with a known heroin use camping out in the men's restroom. My son and I only go into get on rare instances now. We used to love this place and it's going down hill really fast. I would not recommend any person of color to go into this location either.
I've been shopping at this location since it opened and out of the blue, I get accused of shoplifting. I attempted to confront the cashier, Vernon, blue sweater & baseball cap, however he simply ran into the backroom. I confronted the site manager and was all smiles as he knew he was being recorded. Not very smart to do this to repeat customers. Phone call was made to corporate compliance. They should be careful who they pick a fight with. They shouldn't be picking fights with anyone. If they are going accuse someone of something why are they immediately running away from the situation.
The greatest part of this place is free air (we all know with it getting cold that’s an amazing helpful thing) and my giant eagle fuel points gets me very discounted or free gas
Great staff! Friendly helpful even caring. Clean store awesome fresh sandwiches and subs made to order as you wait and premade with large selection of fresh sides. Clean and sanitized hourly. Lots of parking several gas pumps little to no wait at all. Lotto, ATM, Cafe' seating area. Automotive, sunglasses, large gift card selection and multiple brands of cellphone accessories.
