Ordered a double up crunch through Mr D from this branch. Thought you know, it's Wednesday and maybe this should be on the level of steers. One was done properly, but the other one? If I want a dry bun with dry pulled chicken and mixed bones, I myself can do a better job. It also doesn't help when the box it came in is full of grease. Like what business is being run here? The food is delicious don’t get me wrong but the lady who helped with my order (Rose) overcharged me and then decided it wasn’t relevant to let me know what she would do to resolve the overcharge like I made the mistake . Spoke over me to her colleague and moved , I’m all for letting go but not when you treat me like I’m incompetent. Ordered online and got to the shop to be told they did not receive the order. Meanwhile the till slip was printed, I believe head office sends through online orders. They didn’t bother checking the online/call orders and simply said they did not receive it. The lady helping wasn’t really interested. Food: 5 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4

The Elspark store is much better to just walk in. great food and experience. The phone service should propably try to use more polite staff. They are rude. Ordered on the so called app. Got there to collect and the guy told me they were about to call me saying that they were not doing orders anymore at 19:00. Good evening my son bought dinner there tonight at the Elapark branch not only did she not ring up 4 items he ordered that he didn't reorder as he already waited more than a hour for the 1st order he rather shared the first order. We order your food up to 3 times a week tonight we got a order that was completely wrong. As my son has severe ulcers and can only eat L&H when he took the first bite he was al already in pain insisting it is not L&H and we looked at the packaging the food was not changed they put a L&H sticker over the Mild sticker now he isn't well due to incompetence this really unfair we really support your business yet this get done to us. Someone can get seriously harmed by this as some people have conditions that don't allow them spicy food, please this is a very serious issue unfortunately u don't have a private msg option but if u send me a nr I can send the proof. Had a wrap and chips at Galitos the other night and really didn't like the wrap at all...it was so doughy. The only good thing about the meal was the chips. Not impressed!! Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person R 50–100

Galito's Kingfisher Square Elspark recently opened. :) I was so impressed at my first visit with customer service. All staff were welcoming and with big smile on their faces. The food was delicious as it looked on the pictures and plate. Keep the good works guys!!! You deserve best restaurant price award for the month. 5 Stars Service Dine in

I ordered 2x go meals via Mr D. I only received one meal. The number provided is for a switchboard n I've been holding with no luck. Its not the first time I receive an incomplete order from them
