I love Galaxy Girl Coffee! I am a HUGE fan of the Colada. I’ve been to Miami, and this is the real deal! The crepes are also delicious. Christine knows what she is doing, and will get you where you need to be. I love that I’m supporting a local, veteran-owned business. A hidden gem in Manhattan, Kansas. Chrstine, the owner of Galaxy Girl Coffee, made one of the best Cappuccinos I've ever tasted. Christine is a master coffee blender and made her coffee passion into a business. If you love coffee, this coffee shop is a must stop.

Crepes! They recently launched crepes, so on top of excellent, top notch coffee, they are making crepes and they are exceptionally good! The owner is incredible, and the young lady they have making the crepes did an amazing job. You can already see by the reviews the coffee is fantastic, now you can get something to eat along with it! Stop by and experience this place, you will not be sorry you did.

So many great coffee options from pourover to cappuccino to Cuban espressos. Always a coffee option for your mood. The crepes are great and Christina knows her coffee.
