The food and ambience are usually a treat here. But it seems that the service is inexperienced now. We had 4 different waiters, asked numerous times for the same thing and did not receive what we asked for (the same happened to the couple next to us). There were no greetings, no good mornings, no how is your meal, no "anything else"? The food was thrown on the table, dismissively. It was a if the waiters were all angry about something. We had to laugh at the end. There was one guy who was helpful. He also gave me the key to the toilet (which was clean).
Wow you can’t beat the variety of baked goods in this place. We loved the fresh cheese bread. We bought many varieties of pastries both savory and sweet. All were masterpieces. They were very helpful - I can’t speak Hebrew and they were able to help with ordering.

Too crowded past 9:00 am. We sat at 8:45 am. Service was already very slow. No waiter approached us until we waved 10 minutes after sitting, and it took them more than 20 minutes to get our coffee. My pie was served unevenly warm - a proof it was heated in the microwave.
Really enjoyed this place hidden behind the Main Street. Had a delicious pesto sandwich and took home some pastries. The waitress was really friendly and helped me when I had questions.
A surprising spot that you cannot see from the Main Street. A REALLY nice garden at the back. Even on a really hot day, there are many vents and a great breeze. The food selection is nice and tasty. Service is a little slow but nice and with best means to please. I recommend!
There are a few places on this block to get breakfast but I’d skip them all and come here again and again. Gal’s Bakery is truly a bakery. The pastries and breads are impeccable. The food, juices and coffee are on point.
If you're looking for a cozy, friendly, and cute place, this is it! Gal's has a very lovely atmosphere with very kind staff. On top of it being a wonderful place, it also has delicious food! Although a bit on the pricier side of things, it is still quite worth it to stop by for a treat.

Perfect pastries! Vanilla cream croissant, plum pie, sweet potato pie, sweet and savory - just tasty! Cozy green back yard to seat and enjoy your meal. Central location, the path that leads to the shop ( from the Main Street) does not look very welcoming but don’t you worry - you’re on the right path. A very friendly and helpful staff.
