Arrived at 11 on Sat(when they opened). We were the only customers and it took 45 minutes to get our food. Our waitress was very sweet and perfect amount of attention. Once we received our food, it was excellent! Best Philly cheesesteak ever! Friend had crinkled cut fries and I had a side salad. Both very good! Moral of the story...prepare to wait a long time for your food, enjoy the time visiting & you'll be rewarded with great food and if you're as lucky as us, great service. Don’t want you to bring your own food/drink but don’t help you when you stand at the bar (where you are supposed to order) looking at a group of them for 10 mins. “It’s shift change” then said we could order, but then continued to not step forward and offer to help us. I just saved $50+. Yesterday the group we were with waited an hour for food. Moral of the story- bring your own food and drink.
