I've been wanted to try this restaurant for quite a while and tonight we tried Fuji Ramen Bay Colony. It did not disappoint. E V E R Y T H I N G we ordered was amazing. Ivan, our server did a great job. He took my fish allergy seriously and did not scoff when I ordered sushi. I was able to enjoy the non fish sushi as well as the chicken karaage ramen. And to top it off, the check was only $105 for 3 adults including 4 appetizers, 3 entrees, and 3 alcoholic beverages. We will be back! I was really craving ramen and decided to try a new place out. I’m very glad that I came. The food was delicious, great portion sizes, the service was quick, and our waiter was great. I had been here 2 times and they didn't let me down. Food and service were awesome. I love their garlic ramen and highly recommend it. The taste is not 100% original Japan but that make them different to other stores. Service Dine in Price per person $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I love this place…. But the employees don’t seem to be knowledgeable about the nutrients in their foods and it’s not listed online. When I called to ask they said they don’t have that …unfortunately until they do, I will have to eliminate this place from my go to…. This ramen shop is amazing! The noodles are perfectly cooked and the broth is so flavorful. We tried the black garlic tonkotsu and spicy miso tonkotsu; and for the side dish, cheesy corn (surprisingly good) and karaage. The service is also great. I can't wait to go back! This place has some awesome food and service. The place is very clean also. 👌 I'll be coming back 💯. So I came back again and honestly it was excellent again!. Had the spring rolls too. Yum. My son had the volcano roll and loved it. I had the black garlic Ramen and my girl had the karrage Ramen. If you get the karrage yoh need to get garlic added. It will make a big difference. Fuji Ramen and Bar was very quaint. Food was excellent!!! Service was good. They were very busy during dinner and the wait was under 30 minutes. Location is small but fast moving. We had Black Garlic Tonkotsu, Crab Tower (best ever), Fuji Ninja Roll, Seaweed Salad, and Cheesy Kimchi Pancake. All the flavors were on point. Portions were very generous. We gave them A++. I just hope they do not change anything on their menu. Two thumbs up for the chefs!!! Thank you, we will definitely bring our family here for dinner.
