We had a large order of munchies because we came in with friends and “Berenice” was upset we were taking our time looking at all the options that looked so good. She rushes us and I tell her it’s our first time, so we’re going to take a minute. We order and they come out one by one and finally my Chamoyada comes out and I ask my son to pass it to me. He says that’s not yours, she was eating out of it! I asked her politely for a refund and she starts yelling my son is a liar and throws my money on the counter. Sorry “Berenice” you were caught red handed by my kid. Gross! Skip this place. That is the most disgusting thing I’ve ever encountered.

Just walked out the door as I was next in line when another customer drove up and walked in a yelled out his order with no regard for me standing there. The girl behind the counter saw me visible not happy and tried to tell me this won't take too long and preceded to start making him a ice cream shake! I couldn't believe it, but what a joke. The counter tops ooked dirty and the ice cream looked soggy so my snow coneI I never ordered would have only been a bag of chips and a bottled soft drink as I figured that would be ok. If you want bad service and moldy, contaminated fresh treats here is your place. And for the customer who barged in, all I'll say to you being as polite as possible is instead of that four scoop moldy ice cream slop, you sir should just be running and drinking water everyday, and if you must eat, then a carrot would be my choice for you.
