This location would get 5 stars because almost every pharmacy employee is gracious and helpful. But there's always one. And that one's name starts with a "D" (and rhymes with a Middle Easter language), but I'll call her "Diva". She has horrible listening skills, customer service skills, and attitude. She's one of those sarcastic people just waiting for an opportunity to give the "talk to the hand" attitude. She shouldn't be working with customers. If you plan on going to this pharmacy, watch the "Soup N@zi" episode of Seinfeld so you can be prepared for Diva. UPDATE: I'm sure she saw the initial review. I was hoping that when I went to pick up my prescription, she would apologize, as I did for her over the phone for raising my voice (I thought she held the phone away from her ear to call for her knight's help, so I spoke a little louder to get her attention). After our conversation, where she didn't like the pushback I was giving her on her attitude, she simply said the pharmacist's first name, and he came running to her "rescue". Apparently this is an ongoing system for her. She doesn't like the customer so she makes her pharmacist take over. I've dealt with this pharmacist in the past, and he was always nice. But she seems to be one of the children who wasn't raised properly (probably spoiled), and thinks she's going to skate through life on her looks. She won't. Whatever looks she might have, will be gone sooner than she thinks; even sooner once people see her inner ugliness. I was very pleasant when I arrived. Not only did she not apologize, she made an audible snicker when she realized who I was, then wouldn't make eye contact. All she did was say the pharmacist's first name, and he came running, dropping what he was doing to save little Diva. He let me know it was going to take a half hour to fill my prescription. I expected that, and told him nicely I'd wait. When I got a text that it was ready, I stood at the register for a while, cleared my throat almost silently, and waited. Finally after several minutes, from behind a monitor that was 3' away and blocking her face, and knowing I was there the entire time, take a guess what Diva did (You should know her by now. Everybody sighs when they think of the spoiled brat in their life who acts like this). Yep, she said the pharmacist's name. He dropped what he was doing to do her job at the register. I made polite conversation and even joked with him a little. I think I saw a smile creeping onto his face, but Diva's disapproval was nearby. So he really couldn't show any warmth to me. I thanked him with a smile, and went about my shopping. I know that pharmacists are some of the hardest working folks in any industry. I'm sure you know that too. So for any Diva to call on a pharmacist because she doesn't want to deal with a potentially difficult situation (a situation initiated by her original childish "talk to the hand" attitude), is as selfish as it gets. My guesses for little girls who have such power are these: 1) She's related to someone high up in Fry's, 2) Her narcissism has worn down the staff, so they just ask "how high?" when she says "jump", or the least likely of all 3) She flirts (or more) with the pharmacist. This is so out of the realm of possibility here that I shouldn't even have listed it. NOBODY wants to spend more time than they are forced to with these types of people. And that pharmacist in this case seems to have a level head on his shoulders. So I think it's usually a combination of 1 or 2. In any event, this Diva's ridiculously childish attitude should make it obvious to Fry's management that she should be breaking down boxes or cleaning toilets, not interacting with customers. And because of the tangible cold shoulder I got, I've lowered my rating. And that's a shame because this is the best Fry's I've been to in the Valley...until I faced Diva. Now I don't even want to go back to ANY Fry's in case she gets transferred, much less go back to this one. I'll raise my rating with an apology from her, or training steps are taken.

Great grocery store, a little tricky to find the entry as signage is minimal
I arrived a few minutes before closing and insisted they let me in to purchase 1 item. They let me in and I was verbally assaulted and sworn at by 2 staff members, in front of children nevertheless.
Aside from the great selections and prices Fry’s has to offer, this location gets 5 stars for the view alone!
friendly people, good prices, great produce...

One extra star for the staff being helpful. But if you can’t download their effing app - which is only android or IOS latest editions, you will NOT get advertised prices and the staff will not help after $20 nor on meats. So if you’re old like me, they are telling you because they can’t track you 24/7, you are too poor or stupid to shop here. IOW, go to Basha’s, they don’t play these app games
