Update- this Fry's was once my favorite place to shop on my way home from work nearly every day. T is where I shop on my way home from work. The store was once well stocked and staffed. For the past 6 months. The meat counter has been closed and there is just not any help in any department. The customer service counter is also always closed. The time has come to close this location or stock and staff it. Try the Fry's on Tatum and Shea instead. It is a wonderful store with everything you need and want. Update, January 2024 This have only gotten worse at this location. The store reminds me of pandemic shopping! Bare shelves everywhere. I will not shop at this location any more because I can only get some, but not most of what is on my list. The photo is only one representation of how this location is. Needed some Crest toothpaste. Only two of the kind I buy and both boxes were torn open and the last 2 on the shelf.

Earlier today, Ellie, the Manager At Frys called the police on me for no reason after I had left the store and told them that I wasn’t allowed back and had me criminal trespass while she allowed two bums to sleep on the sidewalk in front of the store No, I don’t know if it’s just her as a manager because I’m a ethnic minority and a bisexual this is racism or sexism based but I have to say it seemed like that escalation of a situation that was already over and done with. I didn’t hear that they were closing. I left the store should’ve been the end of the problem but instead she chose to discriminate against me, unjustly, and with clear prejudice, I will be filing on a complaint with Fry’s management against her and also posting on social media about this locations anti-homosexuality and racism that may be institutional with management of the store. Maybe they’re all homophobe and racist something to think about when you choose to shop at this location don’t do it , if you’re not white or not straight One of the homeless men Stay at the property overnight is sleeping by the propane tanks while charging his device with an exterior power outlet And the other one is sleeping right to the left of the doors were where the cart Behind the pillar and they do this every night that is the regular spot, but I took too long to use the restroom after buying groceries was polite and co Cooperative when asked to leave because the store closed and I’m not allowed back seems like a lot of things don’t add up with that scenario I may sleep photos of the two homeless people sleeping outside. I gotta wait till they close and everything cause I don’t want the police to arrest me like they threatened to do if I return to the fries but I feel like you should see that I’m not making it up. There are two people sleeping there right now Tuesday night.

I truly believe they do not utilize their staff appropriately. They were out of basic 1% milk today, when I know for a fact they have some in the back. The people who should be stocking those things as the day goes on are busy walking down the aisles with brooms while several checkout aisles are closed and lines are long.

The staff is very friendly at this location. The store is chosen and will stocked. This location offers 15 minute express parking which is really nice if you are in a hurry and need to get in and out quickly. The location to the 101 is also convenient. Getting back to the 101 from the store can be a bit of a pain during peak traffic times.

Unexpectedly had to stay at Scottsdale/Shea medical center for the week. Needed some things and didn't want to pay hospital prices... Fry's is always clean and are always fully stocked. Check out was quick and easy with great service. Thanks for the assist.

Very condescending self checkout cashier in a big pink shirt, telling me how to hold my ID. I don’t like my shopping experience to feel like I’m at a police station. I will not be shopping here anymore.

The pharmacy manager, Rawan Hammouri worked thru a troublesome issue with my insurance for my vaccine appointment. After a few attempts she was able to successfully bill my insurance and complete my appointment.

One of the best Fry’s I have ever been to! The produce is fresh, there is a great product selection and the meat quality is always good. If you go through the self check out keep an eye for Joey, he is an awesome person and makes our shopping experience more enjoyable.

Very nice location compared to others. I wish they had a better selection of Coffeemate creamer though. They apparently charge a fee to do cash back at the register. I personally have never seen that before at other grocery locations and feel it is a bit greedy. What exactly are you charging me for?
