We stopped at Padstal as we were driving through Heilbron on our way back to Johannesburg. We were glad we did. It was their opening day and we arrived just as they opened. We had a coffee and divine Chocolate Cake. The people there were super friendly and helpful. The whole house has been converted into a shop with every room full of exciting items for sale. I wondered into their restroom and fell in love with the decor... most unusual. On leaving, we were given an "opening day gift". This place is not to be missed - go in when driving through and enjoy it all.

I only bought a cold drink as I had a funeral to attend. Very friendly service and an interesting little shop. Will visit again to try their Coffey and for some browsing. Service Take out Meal type Other Price per person R 1–50 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

most friendly, helpfull and curtious staff - lovely little trinkets n gift items with a truely South African flare / feel to it! (and when our car wouldnt start infront of their shop - Friends@62 helped get someone out to jumpstart the battery so.. we could be on our way again 🤗) #topclassfriends@62padstal 👍👍👍 Price per person R 50–100

Really no effort to make this into a restaurant. Serve nothing but coffee and cake. Sadly disappointing Service Dine in Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1
