I look forward to getting my pizza here. Besides tasting delicious, the customer service is exceptional. It makes me feel so good when I walk in and they know my name and what I'm going to order (12 slice pizza with pepperoni) and they even bring it out to my car. Guess I'll have to surprise them and order one of their sub sandwiches which I've heard are delicious, too! 100% the best pizza place in newcastle. Used to order the chicken sub when u worked at carter lumber. I live in florida right now. I would give anything for one of their subs. I would litterally order one and have it shipped down here if I could. I love this place! I use to order weekly when our kids were growing up. Excellent owners and staff. It's almost like coming home. I don't see the steak sub. That's my second choice. Pizza's my first, extra cheese, pineapple was my son's favorite. I'm gonna have to try a Deluxe Stromboli sometime. We randomly stumbled across this Four Star looking for a place that wasn’t there. We were so excited to find a four star since we no longer had one in our town. The second we walked in we were immediately greeted by the owner, Mike, and he was genuinely welcoming. He accommodated our needs as they are not a sit down pizzeria but he made a small place for us to eat our subs. They were AMAZING. He gave us coupons and also sample slices of pizza. Everything was delicious. He talked to us as if we had known each other for years. Got to know us and was very sincere and great. I don't even want to leave any stars. We called to order a pizza and after it being over an hour and twenty minutes no one arrived so I called to see what the problem was. After that I was told our payment never went through and they called us twice. I had no missed calls and demanded to know who call and was told it was the owner of the store. I can't say how upset I was that the owner of the store lied and they would have to restart our order and we would have to wait even longer. They wouldn't do anything to help out or give a discount. I will never order again from them and strongly urged anyone to think twice before dealing with a lying owner.
