A well-deserved 5 stars. Four cousins' restaurants blew us away in service, quality of food, a beautifully decorated restaurant, and fantastic garden setting. There is wine tasting, a wine shop, and even beer on tap. There is also a playground for the kiddies. I must visit destination. Four Cousins is a family friendly wine tasting venue that delivers good food and excellent service. Located right on the R60, it’s ideal for a quick stop on the road, or to linger longer and relax in a very cool environment. Service is top-notch and the food is well-prepared and tasty. There’s also a safe space for kids to play in full view of their parents and it’s nice to staff are observant and attentive. It does get popular but you don’t feel crowded and there are a variety of table layouts, which creates a lovely airy feeling. Great spot for brunch! Our server (I think his name was Prince?) made sure we were seen to, kindly. My chicken burger (in a crust) was pretty tasteless. Chicken had almost no flavour. The grilled version my partner had was better. Good experience all the same with a nice setting, clean amenities, a good menu, etcetera. Also a shout out to the helpful parking guard, on the ready with umbrellas and everything. Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We normally drive past this place trying to get to our destination as soon as possible,but change your way of thinking and stop here for lunch.Modern,friendly staff ,great outdoor and indoor seating with beer and wine tasting available.Modern bathrooms with beautiful interior.Food was brilliant.The boys loved their burgers and my calamari was as soft as butter.Milkshakes to love due to their appearance and taste…Can restaurants just learn from Four Cousins that a milk shake is an experience and not colored milk! Dishes of food that are both tasty and plentiful. A little bit more expensive than average, but the quality absolutely justifies the cost. In addition to that, the ambiance is absolutely stunning. The service is unparalleled in this industry. How wonderfully South African (and afrikaans!) and hospitable! Can completely recommend their gin, as well as their pepperoni pizza , fillet, and, surprisingly, their Buffalo wings. The food is well prepared and excellently presented. The seating is well spaced and doesn't feel crowded or noisy even when the restaurant is full. The wine tasting was amazing, the staff were so friendly and attentive. For an early dinner, I had a chicken burger with vegetables. It was the 1st time we've been to Four Cousins, having driven past it on the way back home from various weekends away. Firstly, we didn't have a reservation, but they were able to seat us during peak lunch hour, and the restaurant was very busy for a Sunday afternoon. I love how the restaurant is divided into several different dining spaces. We were lucky enough to be seated outside in their stunning gardens. Our meals were absolutely delicious! My husband said it was the best pizza he has enjoyed in a while, my calamari main was done to perfection, and the desserts were superbly decadent!
