Du kan inte gå förbi detta bageri! Det var i alla fall så vi kände. Vi gick hem med färsk semla (med rostade hackade nötter i marsipan - en dröm) och Olles Snurra. Slutsats: Semlan verkligen kanon, Olles Snurra ojämförbart god, helt enkelt utsökt (jipp, vi älskar saftiga och fylliga kakor). Dessutom en mycket trevlig kvinnlig medarbetare som känner till produkterna och kan ge kompetent information om allt - oavsett om det gäller bakverk eller bröd. Det hittar man inte så ofta längre! Whenever I’m in Uppsala this is my go-to place for a hot cup of filter coffee and one of the best cardamom buns in town. They also do great take-away salads and sandwiches! Small and cosy inside with limited seating and a nice shielded seating area outside with fluffy blankets to keep you warm.
