This small bakery is the best place to get "2rben/korban" from, not to mention the kaek/ka3ek and other products. A very hardworking family will welcome you with open arms and smiles. A pit stop for everyone going or passing through Zahlé

His dough is soooooooo good! Thick and fluffy with a crisp base and edges. The zaatar was very good and you can tell that it’s recently made, not the stuff we get in the USA. His cheese isn’t very good, it’s the plasticy type unfortunately. I’m not sure what other toppings he makes for manaeesh but we also tried the spicy topping and it was good but a tad bit too salty. Also tried his rose water and sugar bread (قربان) which is honestly so delicious. Will definitely give him another visit.
