The female owner we met was very polite, gentle, and kind. Other staff are polite as well. (I kind of know who the rude owner the other review mentioned, though, but he mostly stayed behind the counter). The food was slow, which is understandable because it seemed the only cook was the female owner. Make sure to visit only when you're not starving 😂 Delicious food with thick but mild flavors. Lassi and Masala Chai was very good. We ordered veg samosa, garlic naan, cheese naan, and chicken vindaloo. All were delicious! Compact volume on the Nan and curries and good taste. Taking around 50 mins to be delivered. Forgot some order due to talk and talk with other customers. Not recommend if you want to have a meal soon. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person ฿200–300

The best restaurant in Khao lak! We are so happy that we have found it ! I am vegan and I eat gluten free food and there are many many options I can eat. All the food is amazing and delicious ! The staff is friendly and attentive! I can highly recommend them !

Swearing and Disrespectful Owner of the Restaurant!!! The entire evening was ruin by not only the poor quality & tasteless food but mainly with the cheap swearing owner of the place. Owner Behaviour: We went with our families, and the owner was openly shouting extreme level offensive language in Urdu/Hindi language. We u derstand Urdu thats why we know how dirty the owner is! He was constantly making profane remarks about a White Couple sitting next to our table, totally unacceptable. We literally had to scold him to stop making such unacceptable remarks and behave appropriately. Food Quality/Tastelessness: The food was served after 1 hour 30 minutes of placing the order. Every item he served was either tasteless or poor quality. Chicken Boneless tikka was a joke, this dosh can never go wrong but here at this place it was tasteless, uncooked and filled with artificial red color (see picture). Same gpes for Mutton Vindaloo. Chickpea Masala was rotten, and one of the dishes Palak Aalu was not even served, but he charged us for it. The owner's name is Irfan, and I highly recommend not to go at this place. Bad food might be acceptable, but bad behavior & offensive language is unacceptable! Service Dine in Meal type Dinner

Directory Khao Lak

I regularly go to this restaurant to eat dinner because Indian cuisine is my favorite. But that's not the only reason. The food is cooked to the standards of Halal Islamic food, which gives it a type of taste that suits my palette. The cost is also more than reasonable. I mostly eat vegetarian dishes, but I have also indulged in some of the chicken curries. The restaurant is smoke-free (in the main section of the building) which is uncommon for Thai restaurants in general.

Taku

Very good food and very friendly staff. Try the stuffed tofu. It is not an Indian dish but I can recommend it. It was so yummy. Curry and naan bread was also very delicious.

Probably the worst indian food we have had in Thailand. This is ironic because one of the managers actually came over during the meal and literally stated "this is the best indian food in thailand." The curry had very little flavor. The chicken was just regular stir fried chicken breast you will get at any thai food place in any regular 50thb meal. It was not the indian tandoori chicken you expect in an indian curry. The "naan" felt more like some kind of tortilla. Very thin and definitely not made in house. Manager should not be so proud to have such a poor representation of indian food. But at least he was friendly. The other staff looked as if they were annoyed that they had guests in their restaurant, during dinner service. At least we did not get sick, so theres that. Mushell Shere

We came in the afternoon, ppl starting showing up after we ordered. We ordered chicken baryani, matar keema, butter chicken and seekh kabob and naan. Food was good. If we are in the area again will definitely go again.
