This place was a disaster. The floor was a mess and the trash can overflowing. All of the soda in one machine was completely flat and watered down, all the soda in the other machine was diet and/or sugar free. Trust me, I'm not going to a Five Guys to be healthy. Then the worst part is the price. For four people, two of them being young children, it was $72! We could have eaten at a steakhouse for that amount, including tip. The burgers were good, but not worth the price. The fries were soggy yet burnt tasting. For the price of the burgers, fries should be included. And why no kids menu??? Idk what was done recently for staffing or management but I literally watched a cook tell a customer if your broke just say so when was asking about pricing!? The bacon isn't even warm it's in a dish and not fresh at all. Service is so bad now not worth anything more than a McDonald's meal. I got twice the food from Bob Evans at half the price it's astounding thinking that this business model is sustainable while belittling customers. Pretty sure he is the managers family member or whatever abhorrent atmosphere guys go anywhere else and save your money. The big burgers are big & so delicious. One of the best burger joints around. If you can't handle a giant cheeseburger I'd suggest the regular. This place has good fries & when you order a regular or medium Fry it is more than enough. I ordered regular fries & it filled the fry container ×5. Lots of extra fries. The people here are great! I came here on a Wednesday and then again on a Monday when passing through town for business. There were different sets of people working and both were amazing. They friendly, helpful and fast. Same grade five guys quality you get from just about any of their restaurants you can visit. So hats off to the awesome people at this place. Great food but only one clean table in the place. 6:45 pm 2 other tables being used every other table has food, napkins etc on it Greeted by cashier “I will get to u when I can”…4 other customers in the place.

This place is great But THIS particular store is THE BEST Took my 10 year old son here first time today They gave him full service to make it the best experience From their fries to their shake, he raved for hours as he ate his left overs. We will definitely be back in general, but anytime near this store in particular I'd make time The chef himself introduced himself and chatted with us, and when we got there, the cashier walked my son through toppings etc... Everything was great but the prices. OMG . I was not planning on spending a days wages to eat. 3 burgers 3 drinks 1 large fry was 63.00 . If it had not been for my granddaughter I would have walked out. 5 stars because everything was good, clean, nice staff. But prices for a hamburger.. no way. I will not be back. We love five guys but it is always a hit or miss with the staff. Sometime we would get someone super nice and super helpful. Other times, we get someone who would tell us no to getting a letter wrap or they ran out of ingredients then we would come the next day and they have it.
