I paid $17.91 for a burger and fries and they didn’t even have onions. I wasn’t told this before I got my food but only after I went and asked because I discovered they weren’t on there. This franchise didn't make the mark here. The dining area was dirty and the ketchup pump was empty so they just put a box of ketchup packs on counter. The burgers were not like others we've eaten. Five guys living in an RV maybe. I like five guys food. The food was fine tonight. Nothing wrong with the prep. It took 20 minutes to cook 3 burgers . In an almost empty restaurant.
