I have to say, after a rough experience, it's been a few years since I've been in. Today, the two ladies working absolutely killed it. I ordered a large Hero, and it is one of the best sandwiches I've ever gotten in this state. Wow! My wife got the smokehouse and potato soup, and she said they were amazing as well. I wish we had caught the two ladies names who worked today, 2/22 at 3:45 pm, but they were amazing. Food was perfect, the service was friendly, fast, and just an all around amazing experience. I tried to call in an order for pickup and I was immediately placed on hold and left on hold for thirty minutes. I decided to drive to the restaurant and order in person and when I told them about their service none of the employees seemed to care. They should probably be trained that the customer is always right.

They made pretty good sandwiches. The pickles are a hit or miss as to they forgetting to put them in the bag but everything is pretty straight forward. This place to me is a little expensive than the other sandwich places out there but it’s worth it. Wish they could chop their peppers smaller and finer than they do. It takes away from the sandwich itself.

Poor service, low food quality. This is not the first time I have experienced either of these problems from this store, but it is the first time I have complained. I am tired of giving this location second chances. Both kids meals were missing drinks and their firehats and the grill cheese sandwiches were hard as a rock and burnt. The store was willing to give us a refund for the kids meals, but were not willing to apologize.

My family LOVES FHS. When we want deli style subs, we don't go anywhere else but FHS. We stopped in for the second time on our way back home from a tournament and the portions and size of the subs were still the same: small for the price you pay. Both times now, my large sub, looked like a small. This is the only FHS I've been to that cuts back a lot on how they make their sandwiches. For the cost, it's not worth coming in here for.
