I was fairly impressed with the food here. Their fries were good, almost a funnel cake consistency and could have used a fork. I had the original Philly. It was super cheesy and definitely required a few napkins. They had a neat little game area with board style games to check out while you were there. Conner took my order on the phone fast and efficiently. I got there 15 minutes perfectly for my food to be ready. I did not know the drinks my room mates wanted. Conner took a moment to go threw all the drink options they have. Lots of options on the drinks they where so happy. Thank you Conner and the Chef who cooked our order. Are you looking for a good Philly steak Sandwich? How about tasty meat? What about a quiet space? Then look no further, you've found the place to be. This is my first time at this establishment but the meat tastes great. It's hard for most places to properly prepare a tasty Philly steak sandwich. This is the second time I have had food from this restaurant. The food is mediocre but not terrible. Could use a little more spice or flavoring. The service is okay depending on who you meet at the register. They have board games and stuff to play and you're welcome to hang out either while you eat or before or after. They serve average quality philly, but above average quality burger. A little ironic that they do burgers better than their staple IMO. This place is tied with Chelseys for the best burger in Pueblo I think. Bingo Burger is alright too, but I think Feelin' Philly and Chelseys has them beat by a little. Stopped in for a couple of entrees to go today. The food was fantastic. Nice welcoming and large space to dine in. The only thing off putting was the lady tried to rush us to order as soon as we walked in the door. She was talking to us for the order from 6 ft away, while I was trying to read off the menu to my blind mom first before I approached to finalize. We'll be back, but I wish people had more patience. People hang back for a reason. I don't like to feel rushed. I was hesitant to try (idk y) but when me and my son got our food I was mad at myself for not going sooner. One of the best restaurants I've eaten at in a long time. I highly recommend visiting. I’ve been going here for years. It seems the staff just doesn’t care anymore. I order quite often and every time I try to call now the phone is unavailable I fully believe it’s because they are intentionally not ringing up the phone leaving it unable to answer calls for hours at a time. (I go often enough to say I know when it’s happening) The Phillies use to be loaded with cheese and now it’s extremely dry to ask specifically for it to be made “how they use to” and when I say that it’s made correctly. the sandwiches are extremely little compared to before. Also use to get an entire bag of fries and I only get about 20% of the bag. I pay $15 every time I order for one Philly and fries and I never complained before for that price but this is extremely disappointing and frustrating. I rarely dine in anymore because it’s just not a very friendly atmosphere as before seems just want you to get your food and continue with their day I refrained for awhile making this review as this was one of my favorite places in all of Pueblo, extremely disappointed with how this place is turning out.. hoping my review is able to reach the right people that can change this. This is about the best Philly cheesesteak I've ever had. The portions are great and they even offer a double option for double the filling. I can typically finish an entire footlong from subway but can only finish a 6 inch from here. One of our's and our son's favorite spots to kick back and revel in on the best fries in Pueblo. The Philly cheese steaks are Devine and the atmosphere is relaxed, calm and pretty steady.
