Extremely rude front desk workers. When I paid to swim the lady acted like I was inconveniencing her to do her job! Guess she needed to get back to the movie she was watching on her phone. Also, the man was very rude too. Was playing a game on his phone as well. I don’t even care if you’re on your phone at work but don’t be rude when you have to do your job that you’re being paid for. Also needed to be buzzed in the gate entrance to use the bathroom. Also a HUGE inconvenience to her! Sorry, I spoiled your day by paying to swim and needing to be buzzed in the gate! Hopefully the next time we swim it will be different staff!

Swimming room was nice and the front desk lady was super nice but, those locker rooms made me want to cringe. Very unsanitary, damaged shower walls, hair everywhere, and garbage as well. They need to hiring cleaners for the gym to be cleaned through out the day or close down those locker rooms because the open damage walls looks like some mold is growing in there. Looking at previous reviews, it looks like these walls have been like this for some time now. That’s crazy how they think that’s OK. I Gave them two stars because the pool was really nice and the front desk lady was amazing but took three stars away due to unsanitary locker rooms conditions. I really never seen anything like that before, it made me want to get in my car not even rinse off. I did let the front desk lady know, but she says they get clean once a night by the look of that bathroom they should be cleaned throughout the day. They should have a fund set aside to handle those locker rooms. It’s really should be shut down.

Front desk lady are super nice and polite. Weight room are decent. Treadmill machine heart rate sensor not working and filthy. Hot tub are gross and dirty. Steam and sauna room are mediocre at best. Shower room are extremely nasty. Most of the life guard are brain dead and racist. This facility have no problem taking my money for poor service and amenities.

The Bathrooms and Locker rooms are absolutely disgusting!! There is no reason for them to be this dirty. Admission is expensive, so I know it's not a money problem, although it's likely mismanaged. There is hair and trash all over! They simply don't clean the bathrooms or locker rooms. They don't need revamped, or remodeled. They need cleaned and fixed. Easy!

The facility itself is great, but on multiple occasions teenage boys have made fun of me within earshot. I didn't really feel comfortable coming to use the pool and sauna in the first place because of my physical insecurities, but now I only come if my wife forces me.

Really now the locker rooms are closed!!! Why didn't you do this when the pool was closed? Was that too smart of a move for the people in charge. Shouldn't someone be held accountable for such a moronic decision to not fix these issues at the same time. Did you use the same company from the pool renovation? That would be dumb AF. So can you be real with us and admit it probably won't be finished until 2027. Just in time for you to discover the roof needs to be done and just shut the whole place down but still charge full rate. I used to be proud to be a member, now it's just a running joke about how much garbage you can get us to believe

This is a very good place, I was satisfied. Since it was my first time, I was a little worried after reading the reviews, but the service was good, the pool was clean, and I had fun. I will definitely come back.

Decent weight room, pool, hot tub, sauna and rock climbing wall. I'm only giving it 4 stars because they are closing all of the lockers for renovation for a WHOLE YEAR.

I have made several photos calls and sent many emails the center asking for information regarding the Tia Chi classes. I've not received any messages or email from the center regarding my request. Do I'm going physically to this center today if an employee is in the building and working I will ask face to face for the information I have requested for the past few months.
