I ordered the sampler & was so excited for my singular meatball. To my dismay….I was punk’d. I only got half a ball. The bags used for my breadsticks were gross & looked used. Wow! Fazoli's is usually a favorite, but I'm disappointed this time. The breadsticks are dry and the spaghetti with meat sauce was just "eh". The staff is obviously overworked and under trained and bathrooms were a mess. I rarely bother to post negative reviews, but thus particular place needs to step up its game; there are so many other choices around here! The food is good even if they don't get the order correct. The staff has always acts kinda short, uninterested and annoyed. (They are probably under paid) -That's not a good excuse though. Man, this is bull. We haven't been to a fazolis for least 17 years. But my kids wanted to try . Took 30 minutes for the order, and prices were to high dorm that quality of food . And we didn't even get our whole other. They forgot my wife's food, and she ordered my daughters was complete. I was fine with mine.. bit the hidden charges for sauce we never received. We regret spending our time & money . If we was already on the highway heading back to Indiana before, we actually seen the missing orders as well as missing food from the orders we received.l They told us to come back, and they'll replace the order Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Who said this was Italian? The worst tasting marinara sauce ever. The cashier was nice but she also ended up being our waitress 🤔She was on double, maybe triple , duty! The food was horrible! We should have taken heed when we walked to our table and noticed quite a few half eaten plates! This restaurant needs to change the sauce. It was pure salt! The bread was ok but the butter was salty. The best thing on the menu was the sweet tea. If you’re looking for a heart attack and want to raise your blood pressure, then you’re at the right place! Run, don’t walk, better yet, keep driving pass this “Italian” franchise. The food was really good! 6 of us. We all got something different and everyone enjoyed it. Their prices are really really good as well. Plus the new “The Cheesecake Factory” triple Chocolate Cake was SUPER good! 10/10. (BTW- I’m not a bread stick person, but let me tell ya, they have some pretty dang good ones!) First we had to park so that online order could be brought out to the car when it was ready. Then 40 minutes later my husband had to go in to check on it only to find out they had forgotten about us. Then our order was incorrect and they appeared annoyed that they had given us the wrong sauce and we were requesting the correct. There was no plastic ware or parmesan included even though my husband requested. And to add to the negative situation my husband myself and our dog whom we shared a lot of chicken with all ended up with food poisoning. Perfect quick pasta meal. Went through the drive through and while it did take a little longer than other fast food, I also enjoyed watching them make the food. As someone that works in food service, I was pleased to see that everyone was wearing gloves, hats and aprons. One of the women that was putting pasta together looked over at me and smiled. This was nice to see because she didn't look miserable. I told the woman that was working the window that I enjoyed watching them work and they were doing a great job. I feel like people need to remember that this place isn't a 5 star, authentic Italian experience, it is a quick service restaurant.
