I was not happy visiting here. Food service and customer service both are bad. Very congested arrangements of table and chairs difficult to sit. I tried their beef biriyani and chicken chatti biriyani. The flavors of both dishes were excellent and quite unique. The beef biriyani was a must-try, as it was tender and flavorful. The overall food experience was enjoyable, but the restaurant lacked hygiene and had a congested seating arrangement. The washrooms were dirty and had an unpleasant smell, the customer service also average. Overall, good food, but hygiene and service require improvement. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Amazing food with very reasonable price. Tried mutton ribs this time along with their nool porotta neypathal and schezwan chicken. It was yummmmm !!!! Definitely worth every penny! We are really impressed !!!!! There may be different opinions on schezwan as it is not everyone’s cup of tea. Lots of issues with the place, honestly ! Even though eating out is considered as a dining experience these days, food & service is still the back bone of any restaurant and ambience does play a role but that’s of a side kick. This restaurant has the touch and feel of a premium restaurant but food and service of a very budget restaurant or cafeteria which is clearly misleading for the customers who visit seeing the exterior look and feel of the place. Staff seemed to be very under trained for a place which looks like this and from a customer point of view, menu prices are definitely great since it’s too low. For a brand like Farsa which has great reputation in Kerala shouldn’t let themselves down by pulling off something like this ! It's call improvement!On my previous visit I was little bittle nervous entirely. But now I am surprised on their improvements entirely. Food quality, service, Guest relations are awesome now.
