We showed up unexpectedly for lunch during Ramadan, and the family has welcomed us very well. With fresh homemade delicious food, with entry, main course, deserts and tea. Leila was adorable, we had a great time there, with very good food, amazing people and unfortunately we had to drive back to Ouarzazate and couldn’t spend the night there, but will definitely do it next time. I can’t recommend this place enough, just come and I’m sure you will not regret it. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person MAD 50–100

An Awsome place at the entrance to the palm grove of Tinghir. The Mabrouk family is very welcoming and offers excellent value for money service.

Amazing stay with our favorite berber family! They are so welcoming, friendly, open minded, helpful and so much more! Great food! Do not hesitate to come here if you are interested on living a berber experience! Amazing souroundings as well! We will definetely come back! Saha bezaf Familia! ❤️ Service Dine in Meal type Breakfast
We dropped in unannounced for lunch. They hosted us in the family's own quarters as the guest dinning room was cold. Every previous comment about this welcoming family is absolutely accurate! They cooked us a fresh, huge, chicken tagine, with salad and tea. Unfortunately we had to keep driving, otherwise we would have spent the nigh here. A great experience, with very warm and welcoming people.

We stopover for a break and end up having lunch here. The food was delicious and in a enormous portion. We had chicken tagine, couscous, salad and tea. Leila was very nice welcoming us. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person MAD 50–100
Excellent homemade meals with a great and welcoming family. The venue has an excellent view on the palmerie and has plenty of space available. Just stop and chat with them. They speak excellent English and can teach you a lot about Berber culture

This place run by the Mabrouk family is definitely worth a visit. Abdul and Hamid are very easygoing, crazy and genuinely happy brothers, creating a welcoming, spontaneous atmosphere, where you easily end up playing the drums or dance with them. The food was delicious and really big portion. I had egg tajine which came piping hot, and BBQ chicken skewers. At the time of my visit, the accommodation was very very basic, but they are in big refurbishment, so hopefully in a short time the rooms will be as welcoming as the family itself. They deserve the five star because of the quality of the food and the atmosphere that comes from their enthusiasm and free soul. Don't expect a Michelin star place, but if you want to stay away from the standard tourist places and want something real, go for it!

Moroccan hospitality as you think it will be plus 1000. What would the world be without people like the el Mabrouk family to give it color. Highly recommend staying for a thee, pizza Berber and to experience the highlight of your day.
