It's tough when you're unable to charge my iPhone device in Family Super Panadura. It can be inconvenient, especially if you needed it urgently. Cake quality 8/10 Customer service 2/10 But sometimes cakes are too dry like they have been months old. Prices are reasonable. Gataux cakes have a good quality. But workers are really lazy and only focus on collecting money only.

Good food. Yet the service quite doubtful at both mount Lavinia and panadura. Except for one or two staff members almost every staff member is lazy and ain’t willing to help the customers. Bad service

Good place to hang out with friends and family to have a quick calorie bite. Good pastry and buns items are available. And cakes too. With parking space.

The serving people at the outlet are extremely rude. Literally asked me in sinhala, "onna oheta wela hitapan ko" I was the second person in queue about 3 feet away from the other customer. While there are 2/3 serving staff behind the counter. Probably never going to visit again unless action is taken on staff.

The quality of the food is really good. But the staff is very arrogant and not customer friendly. I had to wait like 15 mins to just order some snacks. There were only two to three customers too. Only one girl is occupied for the cashier and she is busy writing some order and ignorant of what other customers want. Very poorly qualified staff !

If you love bakery products and if you are in Panadura area I recommend you this place to have a little hangout or to have a coffee or tea. If you are a non vegetarian you should try chicken deviled bun and mutton pie which they serve morning. And if you are a vegetarian you should try vegetable burger and vegetable bun which they serve morning as well. Unfortunately they don't accept credit/debit cards all the payments need to make by cash only.

There are some issues with flies. One day i bought a hotdog and there was a dead flie After i informed they quickly give me another one but the thing is they must take action for that issue because of that they might lose their customer base
