We ate pokebowls. One beef, one tempura, one salmon and chicken. In my opinion the beef and chicken were the best. There was free lemon water and soup. Excellent sushi, with a modern touch to it. They didn’t hold together super well, but they tasted fantastic and the presentation was absolutely gorgeous! My pictures are not giving it quite justice because of the lighting, but the sushi looked really good and were served on really beautiful plates with ginger, wakame, onions, green beans and wasabi. Just had some amazing tempura sushi from Evolushi. Presentation and taste is amazing. So glad to finally have a sushi spot near home. Definitely worth the trip to eat here.
