I usually come here. The quality of the drinks at this branch is much better than some in the Stockholm city centre. The chai latte and the salted caramel latte taste is perfect. Highly recommend it. Try the breakfast combos as well. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Staff are incapable of any basic customer service. It’s a quiet afternoon with two barista’s on duty. We joined onto the queue where there is one person ahead of us. We stayed in the queue for around 5 minutes while both barista’s went about making the order for the previous person. There was no sense of urgency to serve us, we didn’t even get a “hello” or a “I’ll be with you in a minute” After waiting another two minutes to place an order for a chocolate muffin, we left and went to Wayne’s Coffee. Don’t understand the the customer experience that espresso house wants to give its customers but they can be sure that there are plenty of other coffee places to go instead. It seems that Espresso House's business model, at least the service part, is "be as slow as possible"... might be just me, but I've noticed that most locations deliberately slow down the service. The intention is to create a queue I guess to make seem attractive 😂 Kidding aside, the service is slow unfortunatly. Hope they improve. In the current situation, the cafe has put one chair next to each table in accordance to the governments recommendations. Also.. very clean and well lit place with big windows.

The chicjen sandwich I had was awesome and the sauce on it was amazing! I love fact that the Latte comes in really tall mugs, so it lasts until after you're done with your meal, compared to me always getting irritated with small cups getting finished before my meal. You also get a mini chocolate to put in your latte which adds a lovely flavour. Service Dine in

Very cozy place at Sollentuna shopping centre. View is amazing however the seats and benches are extremely dirty. Seems that management not only doesn't see them but also thinks the customers are also blind. It was super crowded during my visit. Am not sure if its okay for Corona protocols?!
