Sea food restaurant at Ritz Carlton is what you would expect. High quality food and service. We ordered ceviche made by Erica which wad out of this world. Best I have ever had and I mean it. Red snapper was a catch of the day and absolutely delicious. Side dishes a good compliment to the meal. Fir dessert we got chocolate cake which was just as good as everything else. Alejandro was our server and we received outstanding service and recommendations. Live music added a pleasant ambience. Highly recommend.

Fantastic spot at the Ritz. The staff, manager and sommelier were all amazing. Food was great and dining on the beach was beautiful. Alejandro had great recommendations including the catch of the day (Red Snapper) which was split and prepared two ways for the table, delicious. Every Friday night, Equis does a Peruvian Fish Market night, with a prix fixe menu that also includes a pisco sour. The meal was PHENOMENAL and the setting absolutely gorgeous. If you're staying at Zadun, make sure not to miss it (and book a reservation in advance).
