lovely new location! Our fresas con crema and elotes always hit the spot after traveling to my home town. They FINALLY have a card reader so we don’t have to have cash handy every time. Customer service is great as always, and portions are well worth their quality and price. I can’t wait for my next visit to MP. 🍓🌽

Use to go here so much we all remember their start but since not seeing the older man anymore the flavor or preparation of corn wasn't hitting like it use to. Best of everything! Strawberries and cream is on point for sure but my fav is the corn! Have never had anything bad there and the service is quick and the owner is super nice!

It says that it is open at 10 am to 9 pm but when I go there an hour after 10 am so around 11 am, I find out it's closed and not open like it says it is. It happened twice to me.

Best elotes in like a 50 mile radius. Great aguas frescas and fruit too. The strawberries & cream are spectacular. In short, one of the best places around for Mexican snacks
