The rooms were comfortable.clean as well.the view is amazing.enjoeyd the lagoon view in the evenings and mornings.very convenient to all stores.the price is resonable as well.enjoyed kalpitiya a lot.and will be coming again next year.

I was attracted by the outside looking of this guest house, but very disappointed, prices in the restaurent very high, no service at all and full of moskito. I found the young man managing this guest house not honest concerning prices..
