Ordered a chai latte. It tasted sour…almost like it was made of yoghurt. Told the staff, who remade it. The second one tasted worse, which makes me think they just do not understand how to make chai.

They are very cheap about the content of their sandwiches. It feels like you are eating bread even when you pay for a sandwich… plus, they hate getting feedback which I find it very strange for a business owner.

Terrible service, Brandeis students shouldn't have to deal with long lines and slow service while the staff act highly inefficient during their job
